What ingredients are used in your treats?

The majority of our ingredients come from Alberta, Canada—a region known for its natural pastures and sustainable farming practices.
We carefully select high-protein ingredients like beef and chicken, paired with fresh vegetables, fruits, and human-grade cheese.
All ingredients are 100% natural, free from any artificial additives, preservatives, or fillers, ensuring that your dog enjoys truly healthy and delicious treats.

How should the treats be stored?

Store the treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
After opening, please seal the bag with the resealable closure.
It is recommended to consume the treats within 30 days after opening to ensure the best flavor and freshness.

What does "handcrafted" mean?

Each treat is made by hand, from cutting to drying and packaging.
Unlike mass production, handcrafting ensures the freshness, flavor, and consistency of the treats.
Every bite is natural and pure, filled with our care and attention.

Product, Shipping, and Return Policies

Product production quantity and restocking information

All our products are made in small batches and handcrafted to ensure freshness and high quality.
When a product is sold out, we will update the availability on our social media and website once the next batch is produced.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently only support shipping within Canada.
Estimated shipping costs are as follows:

Our local delivery starts at a minimum order of $50 CAD.

Enjoy free delivery / shopping on all orders of $100 CAD or more.

Calgary City: $7 CAD
Calgary (Neighbour): $12 CAD (Minimum $75 CAD)
Other regions in Canada: $15–18 CAD

Shipping to Eastern Canada

Includes Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination city.
Major Cities like Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal typically receive faster service.
Note: Remote areas or island regions may require additional time. Winter weather conditions could also cause delays.

Shipping to Western Canada

Includes British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Major Cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton generally receive timely deliveries.
Note: Remote or mountainous areas (e.g. parts of Yukon or Northern BC) may experience longer delivery times, especially during snowy months.
